DIRECTORS: $250-450 p/h
PROJECT ARCHITECTS: $150-250 p/h
STUDENT ARCHITECTS: $150 p/h
CONTRACTORS: $300 p/h
typical project phases
PHASE 1: CONCEPT AND SCHEMATIC DESIGN (TWO WEEKS)
PHASE2: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN APPLICATION (TWO WEEKS)
PHASE 3: CONSTRUCTION CERTIFICATE AND 60% TENDER DOCUMENTATION (FOUR WEEKS)
PHASE 4: CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION (FOUR WEEKS)
The fee will change if there are any changes in scope of work, the program resulting in the deferral or protraction of our services and our estimated budget. We reserve the right to adjust our fee should the project budget increase by more than 5%. Changes to our fees can be minimized if we are notified of any changes promptly.
